Parliament Hill Toastmasters meets in downtown Ottawa, in the meeting room of the Main Branch Location of the Ottawa Public Library, 120 Metcalfe Street (at Laurier Avenue West). France Vézina, Distinguish Toastmasters and past District leader will be here at Parliament Hills Toastmasters Club Open House, on Thursday, March 22nd, to promote the learning opportunity within the Toastmasters program.
